Tim Goering

Tim Goering – President of MakingLuck, Inc.

A business owner from West Palm Beach, Florida, Tim Goering spent most of his career in financial services after his service as a US Marine. Today, Tim Goering oversees MakingLuck, Inc., a Sandler Training Franchise.

Mr. Goering served in the military until 1998. Afterward, he was a cardiology systems sales representative for Cordis, Johnson & Johnson, where he was responsible for sales covering 30 cardiac catheterization laboratories. By 2000, he moved into working for various firms in the financial services industry, including Alliance Capital Management, SunTrust Bank, Seaside National Bank & Trust, and Florida BNY Mellon Wealth Management, where he served as a financial advisor, president, and vice president.

By 2014, Mr. Goering had moved to MakingLuck, Inc., where he currently serves as president. Here, oversees the company that works with all businesses at the local, regional, and national levels. Its aim is to identify and implement effective sales strategies, beginning with customer recruiting, closing the sale, and keeping customers. At MakingLuck, Inc., his work involves developing new solutions that improve team leadership and motivation, establish accountability, resolve conflicts, and create a positive work culture.

Throughout his career in sales, Mr. Goering has developed expertise in sales, leadership, communications, negotiations, and conflict resolution training. His work in sales also includes writing his first book, “Playing the Ace, The Definitive Guide to Conflict Resolution, at Work, at Home and Everywhere Else.”
